Coca-Cola is keeping up with the potential of Web3 technology and has introduced its new NFT collection. The collection is called “Masterpiece” and combines artistic styles with 8 unique artworks.
Moreover, it blends iconic classics with contemporary creations minted on the Base Blockchain.

Coca-Cola’s Fusion of Artistic Styles
The NFT collection acknowledges both traditional and modern art styles. Interestingly, the collection has integrated Edvard Munch’s “The Scream” and Johannes Vermeer’s “Girl with a Pearl Earring”.
Featured artists Aket and Fatma Ramadan expressed their sentiments about being a part of the collection. They added that they feel proud to be a part of Masterpiece and be able to exhibit alongside artists from diverse backgrounds.
Furthermore, these pieces were initially part of an initiative to reshape the brand’s global presence through digital art. Now, they have evolved into digital collectibles and feature a Coca-Cola glass bottle at their core. Notably, these creations are on the Base blockchain, a layer 2 blockchain on the Ethereum network.
What’s more, this collection coincides with the Onchain Summer event, a multi-week celebration. The event showcases gaming, music, and more with the capabilities of Base. Also, this collection represents art, technology, and the digital landscape. Therefore, it is available for minting as a part of the Onchian Summer event.
Coca-Cola’s Master Stroke with Coinbase
Coinbase’s recent launch of the Base mainnet on August 9th marks a remarkable step towards the evolution of Web3 technology. Over 100 decentralized applications (dApps) and service providers are associated with the Ethereum blockchain network. Built on Optimism’s OP Stack Software, Base operates as a roll-up network offering transactional efficiency.
Additionally, this approach aims to enhance the capabilities of dApps through Layer-2 solutions to address scalability challenges. Recently, Coca-Cola also collaborated with SolSea to introduce an NFT at the EXIT Festival. Therefore, collaboration with Coinbase is another step towards the limitless opportunities in Web3 technology.
