Itzel Yard Contribution to the Project
Itzel Yard, who is also known as Ix Shells, is a self-taught creative coder and artist based in Panama. She is a notable name in the world of contemporary generative art and has designed the cover art for the magazine to reflect her vision of crypto and NFTs as a long-term mission. The artwork symbolizes hope for the crypto community, which has become a significant component of her artistic practice.
Yard used Touch Designer to produce the animated historic magazine cover. She employed a 3D displacement program, a noise algorithm, and geometries to create the impression of pixels growing. The artwork showcases her vision of NFTs as a long-term mission, applauding those who continue building even during tough times. It represents her belief that there is still growth potential within the crypto economy. Not only this but that people should focus on building and growth rather than merely looking for quick riches or fame.
To encourage participation from the broadest possible segment of the cryptocurrency community and show support for the sector during the bear period, the artwork will trade for a reasonable price-point of around $170. This is Fortune’s second NFT release and broadens its coverage of Web3 and AI while contributing to the dialogue about how business and finance will develop.
